All of us got inspired or get motivated to join a gym or to have a fit body and for this we put our best what we give, use the best supplement, diet, exercise . We do all possible efforts that we can put but still not get our desired result and make us feel inferior in front of everyone or feeling that the other person is having good personality or having sixpack abs The exercise and results of daily efforts . Results are totally scientific means which means whatever you eating and working out are scientifically proven. So there is no rocket science and we just need to get to some basic maths. For long time these type of myths and problem are going our society and needs to be corrected as soon as possible so here i have mentioned the most popular myths about fitness in India that are- 1 More cardio means more toned body -Most of the person focusses on treadmill and whenever they go to the gym for joining , firstly look that whether treadmill is working or not and for the first day they started doing cardio or running exercises for losing weight and getting toned body . We some time also increase speed upto 16 km per hr and as fast as we can but the desired result does not come as we have thought of . So this is a totally miss that doing cardio get you in shape or toned . There is need to be a perfect balance of weight training and crossfit with cardio to achieve the particular goals. just by solely focus on cardio will make you weaker 2. Without supplement a good physic cannot be achieved -it is totally a myth and from the first day when we join a gym our trainer tell us to go for this supplement , add this supplement for getting better result bla bla. We see everywhere around that most of the people taking a supplement for getting the result but in these things we are losing the basic concept of good working out good sleeping . If these things are done in proper manner and in the best possible way then supplement is not required . So mang natural bodybuilder and fitness freaks do not opt for it. The word supplement itself says that ‘extra’ or add on which means if you have a good sleep and diet then you can add it on but not as a primary source 3.Crunches means abs- whenever we enter in a gym we must see a person or two hitting crunches every time. They are so addicted to doing crunches that they think they can achieve abs by doing a number of repitition . For getting abs we need to fall down our whole body percentage anf focus on heavy lifting of and compounding exercises like squats ,deadlifts ,bench press ,Shoulder Press etc 4. Dieting makes you lose fat - it is the biggest myths of the all 7 points which I am mentioning here. In our life sometime we met one or many persons who are telling that I am doing dieting for my goals for becoming fat less but the scene is totally different . By keeping yourself just out of the reach of the food (especially carbs) or not following eating properly will make you only weaker and may you lose your first 1 to 2 kilo weight but it is not good in long run. To achieve a better goal you need to have a proper balance of macros that are proteins ,fats and carbohydrates along with that vitamins and minerals .You need to eat at a frequent meal in intervals of around 2 to 3 hours so that your can metabolism can be increased .So next time whenever you meet a person who are saying that I am on diet to get in shape then them the truth 5. Weight lifting can make a woman masculine - It is also trending in our Indian society for a long time that if any female lifts weight or heavy then he may become very muscular like a man or like a bodybuilder.The biggest reason that she will never look manly because of lacking male hormone called ‘testesterone’ which is responsible for it.Actually it is the truth that when she abuses to asteroids or doing illegal supplementation then there is a chance of getting muscular but apart from that if she is doing a very heavy workout , following proper meal then she will only get in better and attractive shape.6. More sweat means more fat burning -it is totally wrong to say that if we are doing workout in a very hot condition or sweating very hard that means we are burning fat at a very faster rate as compared to others . This is not actually true because we can compare it with the AC gyms because it means that if anybody is doing gym in AC then he or she can't have a good physic .It is totally wrong . Actually doing in workout in AC conditions for having a cool condition increases your duration of workout without hesitation or hectic feeling so you can perform a long workout with better results 7. Too much consumption of protein means More muscularity- This is also going on in our when we see that so many people are hitting the gym and expecting to build muscle at very faster rate and for this they consume protein at very high quantity thinking that it will give them more muscularity in a very short time of frame but truth is totally opposite . You need to balance all the macros and micros To get the desired results like having good fats in the body, better development of heart and brain, having good carbohydrate , getting good energy in the Gym. So all these need to be in a properly balanced manner and don't be in a rush to get your body muscular in a very short time of frame. It will take some time just give your best effort everyday and by following every schedule in a proper way to get the desired result. “As we also know that Rome is one of the beautiful city but it wasn’t built in the one-day!”
